This website and all related services are located in Turkey. All medical doctors are accredited in Turkey, they have valid diplomas, they have completed their practice in medical school, and they are eligible to work in a hospital.

All the conversations, drug recommendations, prescriptions or any treatment methods or advices you receive by getting an online interview service from this site are consultancy services.

You are getting the opinion of a doctor with online consultancy service within the borders of Turkey. If you are not deemed appropriate to receive online health services from abroad according to the laws of your country, state or city, you should not use this site. You will be treated and prescribed as you are located in Turkey.

We choose our doctors from the best doctors in their profession. However, there may be disagreements or misunderstandings in online conversations. For this reason, if you do not accept all the interviews you will make through this site as a "Turkish Doctor Recommendation", do not start a meeting.

The "online consultancy service" you will receive, can be only given to patients in Turkey. Do not use this site if your health condition is urgent or in need of observation.

It is understood that any dispute as to medical malpractice, that is as to whether any medical services rendered under this Agreement were unnecessary or unauthorized or were improperly, negligently, or incompetently rendered, will be determined by submission to arbitration as provided by Turkish law, and not by a lawsuit or resort to court process except as Turkish law provides for judicial review of arbitration proceedings. Both parties to this contract, by entering into it, are giving up their constitutional right to have such dispute decided in a court of law before a jury, and instead are accepting the use of arbitration.

By creating an Account, you agree that the Services may send you informational text (SMS) messages as part of the normal business operation of your use of the Services.

YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE SITE IS NOT INTENDED FOR USE IN A MEDICAL EMERGENCY OR IN CASE OF AN URGENT HEALTHCARE NEED, AND AGREE THAT YOU WILL SEEK CARE ELSEWHERE IN THE EVENT OF A MEDICAL EMERGENCY OR URGENT HEALTHCARE NEED.

By creating an Account and using the Service, you agree to comply with this Agreement, on behalf of yourself and on behalf of any other person on whose behalf you are seeking medical care. If you fail to comply with the terms of the Agreement, you may be prohibited from using the Service, and you agree to hold Fedimedi harmless from any liability arising from your failure to comply.

BY CREATING THE ACCOUNT AND USING THE SERVICE YOU AGREE TO HAVE ANY ISSUE OF MEDICAL MALPRACTICE DECIDED BY NEUTRAL ARBITRATION AND HEREBY GIVE UP ANY RIGHT TO A JURY OR COURT TRIAL.

This website cannot be held responsible for any advice, prescriptions or services you may receive through online consultancy. Maximum responsibility of this website ; in case of any dispute or complaint is to refund of your payment.
